RTI Authorized Dealer Training
Associate Level Training
Level 1
This required curriculum is designed to educate NEW dealers on RTI products, and introduce Integration Designer programming.
How to complete Associate Training:
- Attend RTI Training Tuesday Webinar
- Register Here
- 90-minute virtual trainings are held every Tuesday: 9 am and 12 pm (est)
- We host this training live twice a day every Tuesday, if you can't make it this week, no problem, just sign up for next week.
Upon completion of Associate Training, dealers will have access to Level 1 RTI products which include:
- XP-3
- ISR remotes and panels
NOTE: For those who can't attend a live session on Tuesdays, you can access our online training via special request. Please reach out to your sales professional or email info@avproglobal.com, state in your email that you cannot attend the RTI Training Tuesday’s Webinar and are asking for access to our online training to become an Associate Level RTI dealer.
This required curriculum is designed to educate NEW dealers on RTI products, and introduce Integration Designer programming. Upon successful completion, new dealers will be able to purchase and resell the RTI product line.

Certified Expert Level Training
Level 2
To access the full RTI product catalog, existing RTI Associate Dealers or Senior Programmers involved in larger projects will be qualified for Expert Training.
There are two options to complete Expert Training:
- Attend 3-Day Expert Training
- 10-course online training
Upon completion and approval of Expert Training, dealers will have access to all RTI products.
The full RTI Certified Programmer Curriculum is at our RTIXCEL Training Portal. In this series of 24 courses, programmers will learn the power of Integration Designer 11 and how to apply its robust features for exceptional installations every time, particular in medium to large systems. The curriculum covers topics from project preparation and design to advanced macros and more. This builds on concepts and techniques communicated in the new Authorized Dealer Training program.

One more way to learn is with our recent 10-session Integration Designer 11 Webinar Training series. In this series, we took a deep dive into everything you need to know about programming this award-winning software to created exceptional fully-customized solutions for your clients. This is not Certification Training but will give you a solid basis in many of the advanced features of Integration Designer 11. This series is particularly usefull for any dealer making the move from ID9 to the full power of Integration Designer 11, including a deep dive in to working with RTI audio.
