RTIPanel/Virtual Panel Installation Notes - PLEASE READ:

If you are redeeming a CCK-32 license click here.

• Make sure you have the latest firmware loaded on your control processor.
• XP-Series and RP-4 processor RTiPanel App licenses are not interchangeable > Example: You cannot use an XP series RTiPanel license with an RP-4 processor or vice-versa.
• Verify the MAC address of the processor is correct. Licenses are registered to a specific XP series or RP-4 control processor MAC address. No refunds, exchanges or license transfers to another processor are allowed.
• The RP-4 control processor does not support the Virtual Panel App.

To find the MAC address (ex 00:15:26:XX:XX:XX) of your XP-series or RP-4 processor:
1) It is printed on a label located next to the product identification on the backside of the processor.
2) It is printed on the outside of the box the processor is shipped in.
3) It is printed on a MAC address identification card included in the contents of the box the processor is shipped in.
4) Plug the processor into the Local Network (LAN) and open the system file in Integration Designer. Go to Communications > Show Devices on Local Network.
