XP-3 Control Processor

The XP-3 professional control processor delivers powerful automation capabilities perfectly sized for media rooms, bedrooms, conference room control programming, and other focused applications. This compact yet capable processor provides comprehensive custom control programming when paired with RTI remotes, in-wall touchpanel controls, or the RTI control app on mobile devices.
Advanced bi-directional communication enables real-time two-way feedback from connected third-party devices including music streamers, cable boxes, lighting control integration systems, security panels, and more. The extensive RTI control system drivers database ensures seamless integration across thousands of compatible devices for any smart home or intelligent office environment.
Programming efficiently with Integration Designer software, the XP-3 enables flexible connectivity via Ethernet, Zigbee, RS-232, IR, and relays. The built-in astronomical clock facilitates sophisticated scheduling for time-based events and automation sequences—perfect for creating "good morning" and "good night" scenes that adjust lighting, climate, and entertainment systems automatically.
Designed for versatility, the XP-3 scales effectively as a standalone solution and works seamlessly with larger RTI processors as a secondary controller in complex multi-room systems. This flexibility makes it ideal for custom technology integrators seeking reliable performance across diverse residential, hospitality, and commercial applications.

2-Way
Convenient and reliable control with status feedback from controlled devices such as on/off or arm/disarm status, dimming value of lights, playlists, available stations.
RS-232
One (1) control port for 3-wire connection with the capability of polling status feedback from controlled devices or systems.
Relay
Two (2) built-in low voltage dry contacts that provide contact closure or switching control for loads up to 5A/30VDC (external power supply required).
MPIO
One (1) Multi-Purpose Input/Output control port that allows for infrared control and connecting voltage sensors or RS-232 communication modules.
Infrared
Two (2) control ports for 2-wire connection to infrared emitters, blasters and repeaters.
Sense Input
Two (2) inputs that sense the voltage state from a voltage sensor to trigger a programmed control command or macro.
Ethernet
Standard 10/100 BaseT network connection for bidirectional control communication with RTI remotes, touch panels and devices that are controlled over IP network.
Zigbee
Standard wireless Zigbee connection for bidirectional control communication with RTI remotes.
Astronomical Clock
Built-in clock that syncs through an internet connection allows to schedule time-based events to automate all aspects of the installed environment, including climate, lighting, music, and much more.

Antenna. Also, while this configuration is possible, its use should be
limited to secondary zones that aren’t heavily used (guest rooms, outdoor
areas etc). Installations requiring primary control via both Zigbee and
433MHz controllers should use an XP-6 or XP-8 control processor.
