Update on the ISR-2 and ISR-4 Remotes

To our Valued Dealers,

At RTI, we are deeply grateful for your patience and continued support as we work to bring to market the most innovative remotes available today. I’d like to take this opportunity to provide an update on the timing and availability of our new ISR-2 and ISR-4 models.

We have completed limited production of both models and received initial quantities. We began fulfilling pre-orders in January. However, due to limited inventory, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to completely fulfill all pre-orders at this time. As a result, we will be operating on an allocation basis until full production resumes.

Our remotes are manufactured in Taiwan, and the upcoming Chinese New Year holiday will impact our production timeline. Full production is expected to resume by mid-February. We are committed to fulfilling all pre-orders by March and are confident that we will maintain ample supply thereafter to meet demand.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we navigate these challenges. Your trust in RTI motivates us to deliver the highest quality products and ensure a seamless experience for you and your customers.
