Integration Designer 9 Announcement

Integration Designer 9.0 was released back in 2013 and has served as a great platform for programming a large range of RTI products.  However, the progress of technology required a new platform a few years later in 2017 when Integration Designer 10 (APEX) was released, followed sometime later by Integration Designer 11 to usher in a new more powerful platform to take RTI into the future.

Despite releasing Integration Designer 11 over five years ago, we understand there are still many customers programming or maintaining systems with Integration Designer 9. To provide our customers with the best product capabilities, software features, and dedicated support we must officially deprecate Integration Designer 9.

While our technical support team has continued to answer questions about Integration Designer 9 software, their priority will soon be shifting towards priority on helping to advise and guide customers to using and be trained in Integration Designer 11.

Integration Designer 9 Products No Longer Serviceable

Currently we can no longer repair these products and will therefore be replaced with new products that are incompatible with Integration Designer 9:

• KA8 (Black)

• KA8 (White)

• KA11 (Black)
