With a convenient map-based view of all customer systems, the RTiQ location dashboard delivers an efficient snapshot to monitor the health and status of connected systems anytime, from anywhere with an Internet connection.

Remote Monitoring

RTiQ monitors all Ethernet-connected RTI devices (touchpanels, processors, etc.) and triggers custom actions remotely. RTiQ monitors third-party external devices as well—by pinging them, checking connection to a specific IP address, or by monitoring a system variable for information such as rack temperature and lamp hours.
