Tizen OS for Samsung TVs v1.12

• Updated driver to remove the SmartThings functionality. SmartThings was removed due to issues using multiple instances of the driver on the SmartThings side. If you need multiple instances with SmartThings use Samsung Tizen OS TV with SmartThings v1.0.
