Two of our most important new introductions at CEDIA are our new Sales Engineers: Thu Le and Nick Arriaza. Both are long-time industry pros who you likely know from their previous roles in the industry.
Thu will support RTI dealers in the Central region, while Nick will support RTI dealers in the west. They have hit the ground running and are already designing systems and helping RTI dealers create great installations.
We’re looking forward to Vincent Bova's return as Eastern Region Sales Engineer. Until then, Thu will also be supporting dealers in the Northeast, while Nick will assist in the southeast.

The result is an enhanced automation solution that combines control simplicity with power in a single cost-effective unit. For front panel control, the KX4 boasts a 4” high-resolution capacitive touch display with five configurable hard buttons that can be customized with RTI’s Laser Shark engraving. The KX4 ships with white bezel. Black bezel can be ordered separately. It uses the same Back Box as the KX3.
