RTiQ notifications issue resolved

RTI Dealers,

Last weekend, a number of integrators experienced a high volume of auto generated RTiQ emails or text messages alerting them to systems going offline. This was related to an issue at one of the RTiQ servers that mis-identified a number of systems as offline, thus triggering the email message. We identified the cause of the problem, and the issue has been fixed. Of course, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you or your customers.
