New Lutron Leap / RA3 and Rotel RC Drivers

New Driver
Lutron Leap v1.1 (includes Radio RA3)
While this is an update to the current Lutron Leap QSC driver, this version is considered new since it includes the new Lutron Radio RA3 products. Lutron Radio RA3 is expected to release later this month. Radio RA3’s in all-in-one processor is major upgrade from Radio RA2, combining the functionality of the main repeater and connect bridge. It also comes with new QuickFind software built-in to make locating the processor and setup easier.
Version 1.1 also fixes the initialization issues bogging down larger systems. Essentially cutting the time in half.
Rotel RC v1.0
The driver controls the Rotel RC preamplifier series. It supports Rotel’s new v2.0 command protocol. The old Rotel driver will still work with command protocol v1.0.
