Welcome to our first newsletter of 2023. This month we'll focus on training updates, plus the KX4, and we're off to Barcelona for ISE.
We have updated the Training Calendar on the RTI dealer site, including webinars and regional training at RTI Distributor locations. The next two training webinars are topics for which we get frequent requests:
Integration Designer 9 to 11 Understanding User-Interface Design Differences
If your dealers are still relying on ID9, encourage them to attend this webinar, where we’ll highlight the significant enhancements offered by Integration Designer 11 that make it the fastest custom installation ever. Future RTI products will not include backward support for ID9, so now is the time to make a move.

RTI Toolbox Series: XP Diagnostics Driver
Even the best automation and control systems run into issues every so often. RTI understands the need to troubleshoot these as fast as possible, and we offer several troubleshooting tools, including the XP Diagnostic Driver. This driver provides in-depth information about the system in real time. This webinar will review how to get it set up on a system, what to configure, how to diagnose any issues, and your logical next steps to solving the obstacle.

Integration Designer 11 Certification
Remember, the full Integration Designer Certified Programmers Curriculum is available on the RTIXCEL Training Portal. Learn at your own speed, with 24 courses covering everything you need to know.
Vincent Bova has created a programming and design consideration checklist to help get your project fully organized before programming an Integration Designer 11 project to completion. We hope you find it helpful in organizing your intentions for the project and ensuring that you have identified all important variables. Log in and download the Bulletin.
The new KX4 is in stock. This in-wall touchpanel plus built-in control processor creates new opportunities in commercial settings such as:
Corporate Huddle Space – Controlling presentation switches, projectors, DSPs, lighting, shades, and thermostats
Classroom or Lecture Hall – Controlling smartboards, video displays, projection screens, lighting, and audio
MDU and Hospitality – Controlling popular 70-volt systems for common area control with scheduling, plus on-site and remote monitoring
Expandable – PoE powered and networkable for system expansion, such as connecting to the main processor via the network and passing commands to locally-connected devices
Check out our new KX4 videos, from overview and unboxing through programming.
ISE is just a week away, from January 31 through February 3. We will be in Hall 2, stand 2K150, where we'll highlight the recent advances and solutions enabled by Integration Designer 11, demo the new KX4 Touchpanel + Processor, and show a larger-than-ever focus on commercial solutions with the advanced customization for which we are known. RTI Music and Video over IP will be front-and-center as we highlight the full spectrum of RTI solutions.
If you are attending the show, get your FREE access to the exhibit halls with the RTI Attendee Invitation Code: IBUSDJEE.
