Important MS-3 update related to Pandora

Late Friday afternoon (12/10/21), Pandora made some routine updates to its platform that created authentication issues for some Pandora accounts. This prevented users from automatically logging into their account when trying to play music from the MS-3. To fix the issue, please update your MS-3 to the latest firmware using the instructions below.
- Go to the “Action” dropdown and click “Check for Updates”
- Wait for popup to show there is an update and click “Install.”
- Once it has installed, you will be prompted to reboot. Click “Reboot.”
- After your MS-3 reboots, click on the Pandora icon.
- Highlight your account and click “OK”
- This will refresh your credentials and restart the Engine.
- It can take 15-60 seconds.
- Once finished, Pandora should be running as per normal operation.
